CONNOR McINTYRE was born in Liverpool in 1960. In 2012 he received a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and in 2015 an MA in Contemporary Art Practice, both from the University of Plymouth.
McIntyre's recent works represent a response to the fast approaching dominance of Artificial Intelligence and the 'Crispr' world of human augmentation. He often deploys poetic, philosophical and mythological themes to frame these enquiries. We as a species are now having to navigate a world of bits and bytes, mediated through the universal language of code.
